It reflects our commitment to nurturing the whole child spiritually, academically, socially, and emotionally—while strengthening educational quality and support for educators. Grounded in our faith, this system is designed to help students grow in excellence and live with purpose.

Yes. At the heart of this model system is a deep commitment to creating better conditions for both students and educators. The new structure is designed to equip schools and teachers of unnecessary administrative burdens, allowing more time and energy to focus on what matters most—teaching, learning, and spiritual growth. Students will benefit from more consistent academic support, access to enriching programs, and environments where their faith and personal development are nurtured. Teachers will receive more professional development, cohesive support systems, and opportunities for leadership and collaboration.

One of the priorities of the Model System is to create a more sustainable and equitable tuition framework across our schools. As part of this effort, we are actively exploring ways to enhance scholarship opportunities, streamline financial aid processes, and ensure that more families have access to high-quality Adventist educatio —regardless of income. Any future adjustments will be communicated with transparency and care, always keeping our families’ needs at the center.

Transparency and collaboration are priorities. Families, staff, and church leaders will receive regular updates through newsletters, community forums, and our new Model System website. There will be dedicated channels for feedback, and families will be invited to participate in events and decision-making conversations throughout the transition.
